Directions to Bloomfield Animal Hospital

From I-91

From Hartford:  Travel on I-91 North to exit 37. Take a left at the end of the exit ramp onto Bloomfield Avenue. Follow the road for approximately 1 ½ miles. Road will change to Old Windsor Road as you cross into Bloomfield. Hospital building with large wooden sign on lawn will be on the left after a sharp left curve in the road.

From Springfield: Travel on I-91 South to exit 37. Take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Bloomfield Avenue. Follow the road for approximately 1 ½ miles. Road will change to Old Windsor Road as you cross into Bloomfield. Hospital building with large wooden sign on lawn will be on the left after a sharp left curve in the road.

From Bloomfield Center

At the intersection of Bloomfield Avenue (Route 189) and Park Avenue (Route 178), head north on Route 189 taking a quick right onto Wintonbury Avenue. Go straight through two traffic lights until you come to a stop sign, approximately 1 mile in total. Bear left at the stop sign onto Filley Street, and go to the end. Take a right onto West Dudley Town Road and a first left onto Old Windsor Road. Go straight through the traffic light at the intersection of Old Windsor Road (Route 305) and Blue Hills Avenue (Route 187). In approximately ½ mile, look for the Bloomfield Animal sign on your right.

From Simsbury

From Route10/202, travel east on Route 185, Simsbury Road, over the mountain until you reach Loeffler Road, (Route 178). Take a left. Travel on Loeffler Road. until you reach the intersection of Routes 189 and 178, Bloomfield Center. Follow directions above. (Note: Loeffler will turn into Mountain Road before you reach Bloomfield Center)
