An Important Update for Our Clients

We are deeply saddened to share that Bloomfield Animal Hospital has permanently closed for business on September 9, 2026.

Due to significant changes in our ability to staff the hospital and continued difficulties recruiting in the area, we made the difficult decision to close Bloomfield Animal Hospital. We understand how sudden and difficult this transition may feel, especially when your veterinary team plays such an important role in your pet’s care.

Requesting Medical Records

If you choose not to continue care at Hopmeadow Animal Hospital, you can request your pet's complete medical records by emailing 2026BAHRecords@gmail.com

Please note that electronic copies will be emailed within 3 to 5 business days. Physical records can also be requested, though these may take longer to process.
